Marchi+ 2026: guide to Italy's trade mark grant, costs and applications

Oct 20
21 min read

The short answer: when can you apply?

Marchi+ 2026 is a capital grant towards certain costs of protecting European Union and international trade marks. Having a trade mark, a VAT number or an invoice is not enough. It is neither an automatically usable tax credit nor a discount applied by the professional.

01 / THE BUSINESS

It must be eligible.

An SME with registered and operational offices in Italy, active registration in the Italian Business Register and compliance with the call's requirements.

02 / THE TRADE MARK

It must have the required status.

An EU mark already registered, or an international application published in Madrid Monitor, within the eligible dates.

03 / THE EXPENSES

They must be documented and paid.

Only eligible categories, with compliant dates, providers, deliverables and payments.

04 / THE APPLICATION

It must be submitted during the application window.

From 3 December 2026 at 12:00, through the official platform, with the required signatures and attachments.

Meeting the requirements ≠ an automatic entitlement to funding.

First you submit the application. Unioncamere then checks the business, trade mark, documents and reasonableness of the expenses. The award also depends on available funds. Our guided assessment is for orientation; it is not an admission decision.

You can start with the questionnaire or read the guide in order. It also covers excluded cases, calculations, documents, deadlines and checks: the official links let you verify the sources and complement the explanations.

When applications open and close, and why the order matters.

APPLICATIONS OPEN

3 December 2026 · 12:00

Applications may be submitted until 18:00 on the same day.

If funds remain, applications continue on subsequent working days, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 18:00, until funds are exhausted. There is no fixed final calendar date guaranteeing funding availability until that day.

Applications follow an assessment procedure in chronological order of online submission. There is no points-based ranking, but there is a substantive review. Submitting early with incorrect documents does not make an application eligible.

  • Before opening: eligibility is checked and the file prepared. Contacting Marchio Legale or completing this questionnaire does not reserve funds or generate an official filing number.

  • During the application window: submission through the official platform is what counts. Completing the form or saving a draft is not equivalent to filing.

  • If funds run out: applications received but not fundable are suspended; they may be reconsidered if funds become available or the scheme is refinanced. If suitable resources do not become available, they may lapse.

The last positively assessed application may receive only the amount covered by the remaining funds. The exhaustion notice is published after 18:00 on the day depletion is confirmed: the technical ability to submit does not, by itself, guarantee funding.

As at 21 October 2026, the official portal announces the opening date above and refers to subsequent operational instructions for applications. We do not assume that access or upload procedures are already available where they have not yet been described in the 2026 instructions.

Who can apply: having a VAT number is not enough.

Applications are reserved for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Sole traders may also qualify if they meet all the requirements. An individual or self-employed professional who is not registered as a business in the Italian Business Register does not qualify merely by owning a trade mark or having a VAT number.

Business requirements

  • SME status under European rules.

  • Registered and operational offices in Italy.

  • Duly constituted, registered in the Italian Business Register and actively trading.

  • Full and unrestricted exercise of rights; no insolvency proceedings aimed at liquidation, including voluntary liquidation, or equivalent winding-up proceedings.

  • Compliance with social security contributions, evidenced by the DURC certificate.

  • Compliance with employment, accident prevention and environmental rules.

  • No disqualifying anti-mafia grounds, prohibitory sanctions or bans on contracting with public authorities specified in the call.

  • No relevant convictions affecting directors and legal representatives under Article 3(1)(h).

  • No revocations, forfeitures or related proceedings for unlawful receipt of public funding, within the terms of the call.

  • Ownership of the trade mark and compliance with Measure A or B.

  • Compliance with the obligation to insure against natural disasters and catastrophic events under the legislation cited in the call.

Catastrophe insurance: the requirement is to comply with the applicable obligation. Ordinary professional indemnity cover or a general business policy does not automatically prove compliance. If you believe the obligation does not apply, your position must be checked and documented; a declaration alone is not treated as sufficient without verification.

The requirements in Article 3(1)(b)–(m) must be met from application through to payment of the grant, otherwise the applicant is excluded. Meeting them only on the submission date is insufficient.

How is an SME identified?

Category

Staff headcount

Annual turnover or balance sheet total

Microenterprise

Fewer than 10

Turnover ≤ €2 million or balance sheet total ≤ €2 million

Small enterprise

Fewer than 50

Turnover ≤ €10 million or balance sheet total ≤ €10 million

Medium-sized enterprise

Fewer than 250

Turnover ≤ €50 million or balance sheet total ≤ €43 million

The headcount requirement must be combined with at least one of the two financial criteria. European rules on partner and linked enterprises, annual work units and reference periods must also be applied: the applicant company's own figures may not be sufficient. Excluded activities and trade marks

The scheme does not apply to primary agricultural production or primary fisheries and aquaculture production. It does not fund national or EU collective or certification marks, or international registrations based on those marks. Mixed activities and group situations require specific assessment.

Which trade mark makes you eligible to apply?

Measure A / EU trade mark

You must have filed the EUIPO application on or after 1 June 2023, paid the filing fees and obtained registration before applying for the grant.

A pending EUIPO application is insufficient. An Italian-only registration is not equivalent to an EU registration. Check the filing date, not just the certificate date.

Measure B / International trade mark

On or after 1 June 2023, you must have filed an international application based on a national or EU mark or application, or an eligible subsequent designation.

The relevant fees must have been paid and the required publication in WIPO's International Register, accessible through Madrid Monitor, must have occurred before the grant application.

For Measure B, publication in the International Register must not be confused with completion of all proceedings in individual designated countries. The trade mark's status and the specific transaction still need to be checked, particularly for subsequent designations.

An older trade mark is not always excluded.

If the original international application predates 1 June 2023, Measure B may cover only subsequent designations made after 1 June 2023, with a specific ceiling of €5,000 per trade mark. It does not reimburse the cost of the old registration or a simple renewal.

Dates to check: filing, trade mark status, invoice and payment.

There is no single “valid date”. Several dates relating to different steps must be cross-checked.

What to check

Practical rule

EU filing

On or after 1 June 2023; registration granted after that date does not cure an earlier EU filing.

EU registration

Already obtained on a date before the grant application.

International filing / designation

An eligible transaction within the period specified in Article 3; for an international application filed before 1 June 2023, only subsequent designations after that date qualify.

International publication

Required publication in Madrid Monitor before the grant application.

Invoices and expenses

Invoices and payments dated on or after 1 June 2023 and, in all cases, before the grant application.

Prior-rights searches

The results and opinion must also follow the sequence in Article 7: results must be dated no later than the signed opinion and no later than filing; the opinion must be produced and signed by the qualified provider.

Logo for Measure B

The international application must be filed within six months of the national or EU application used as its basis.

“Before” does not mean the same day: the call requires registration/publication, invoices and payments to predate the application. Making a payment on the opening day creates a problem that must not be ignored.

Not every activity must take place after registration: a search, for example, precedes filing. What must already exist when you apply for the grant is the status required by the measure, together with eligible expenses and documents.

A quotation, signed engagement or unpaid invoice does not establish an expense already incurred and paid. Where deposits or partial payments exist, the potentially eligible portion must be reconstructed from the documents; the entire contract is not presumed eligible.

Which expenses can be reimbursed, and who must have provided the services.

Funding covers official fees and/or the external specialist services listed in the call. The invoice description must correspond to a real, documented activity: simply renaming generic advice “filing assistance” is not enough.

Expense

When eligible and who provides it

Design of the trade mark representation

Graphic design of the sign, excluding purely word marks. A graphic designer with the relevant VAT registration or a graphics/communications business. The six-month deadline explained above also applies to Measure B.

Filing assistance

Preparing and filing the relevant application. A registered industrial property consultant, a registered lawyer or a PATLIB centre. For B: international filing through UIBM/EUIPO; through WIPO only for subsequent designations.

Prior-rights searches

Checks for identical or similar marks. An industrial property consultant, lawyer or PATLIB centre. Results and a signed opinion with the required dates are necessary. A free search you conduct yourself is not an invoiced external service.

Responding to oppositions

Assistance in opposition proceedings brought by third parties after filing the mark. An industrial property consultant or lawyer. This does not cover every possible trade mark dispute.

Responding to national office objections / B only

Assistance before national offices that issue objections after the international filing. An industrial property consultant or lawyer; a maximum of three eligible objections per trade mark.

Official fees / A

EUIPO filing fees, with proof of payment.

Official fees / B

Fees paid to UIBM or EUIPO and WIPO for the international registration. This does not make every cost of an Italian-only registration eligible.

You can apply for fees alone if the business, trade mark status and payments comply with the call: you do not have to have purchased every service category. Likewise, you do not need to have registered the mark through Marchio Legale to have your file assessed.

What is excluded

Standalone eligible items do not include a simple renewal, an Italian national registration alone, a website, social media management, advertising, communications strategy, generic naming services or an entire rebranding project without distinction. The fee for preparing the grant application is not listed as an eligible service. A mixed project requires documented identification of the components actually eligible.

Providers, payments and invoices: mistakes that make an expense ineligible.

The invoice issuer must be the actual service provider

The invoicing party must have VAT registration, the qualifications required for that activity and have performed the service directly. An expense invoiced by an intermediary other than the actual provider is not eligible.

Expenses are excluded for services supplied:

  • by controlled or linked companies under Article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code, or where the participation of at least 25%, including indirect and cumulative holdings, specified in the call exists;

  • by directors or shareholders of the applicant business, or their close relatives;

  • by companies whose ownership includes directors or shareholders of the applicant business.

The call's definition of close relatives includes parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, spouses, siblings, parents-in-law and siblings-in-law, uncles/aunts and nephews/nieces, as specified in its note. Family or corporate relationships must be included in provider checks.

Not every “traceable” payment is an accepted payment method

The call lists bank or postal transfers, bank receipts and credit cards. Cash, cheques and other methods are not treated as automatically equivalent. The amount, beneficiary, payer's account and successful payment must be evidenced, for example through a CRO/TRN transaction reference or account statement.

Invoices must be made out to the applicant business. If someone else advanced an expense, the business must have reimbursed them using an accepted method before applying. Documents tracing both the advance and reimbursement are also required.

If the professional fee is subject to withholding tax, attach the relevant F24 tax payment. For a combined payment, provide a detailed breakdown signed by the legal representative.

The CUP project code on invoices

Invoices must display the Codice unico di progetto (CUP), the unique project code. As the CUP is communicated to the business, the call allows electronic supplementation of the expense documents before the grant is awarded, following the administrator's instructions. A historical invoice without a CUP should therefore not be rejected automatically, but the subsequent requirement must be completed correctly.

How much can you receive? Percentage, item ceiling and overall ceiling.

The calculation has several stages. First establish the eligible expense, apply the percentage, and cap the result at the ceiling for that item. Add the items and apply the limits per trade mark and business. De minimis limits and available funds must also be checked.

The increased rate requires gender equality certification under the rules cited in the call: being a “female-owned” business or having a female director is not enough. The reference to Article 5(3) of Italian Law No 162/2021 requires certification as at 31 December of the year preceding the reference year. For 2026, the position at 31 December 2025 and the certification's validity must therefore be checked. Obtaining it before submission is insufficient if that timing requirement is not met.

90% / 95% of the cost, within the trade mark ceiling

Searches covering Italy and all EU countries are alternatives for the same trade mark: they cannot be added together. The EU is treated as a single country for extensions and searches. The opposition ceiling is an overall limit, regardless of the number of cases. National objections may come from the same office, provided the limit of three is respected.

Practical formula

For each item, take the lower of recognised expense × applicable percentage and the item ceiling. Then apply the trade mark ceiling, any remaining allowance under the €25,000 business limit and the available de minimis headroom. The result is an estimate of the request, not a promise of payment.

VAT and other invoice components

Articles 5–7 of the 2026 call consulted do not set out an explicit general operational rule allowing reimbursement of VAT or every charge on an invoice to be promised. We therefore do not apply the percentage to the gross total without first classifying each component. In the examples below, amounts are assumed to be eligible expenses, not gross totals automatically reimbursable. Any official 2026 clarification on VAT and charges must be applied to the particular case.

Four examples: how the reimbursement really changes.

1 / EU trade mark: €3,150 in eligible expenses

Assume the trade mark and eligibility requirements are met, no other aid covers the same expenses and the standard 80% rate applies.

Filing assistance

€500

€300: the ceiling reduces €400 to €300

EUIPO fees

€850

€680

Total

€3,150

€2,420

Multiplying €3,150 by 80% gives €2,520, but that would be incorrect: filing assistance is capped at €300. At the increased 85% rate, with the same assumptions, the calculation is €850 + €680 + €300 + €722.50 = €2,552.50.

2 / You have paid only €850 in EU fees

If the fees and trade mark are eligible, the theoretical standard request is €680. A €6,000 ceiling does not mean that every mark receives €6,000.

3 / International: the final ceiling reduces the total

Assume €12,000 in international fees already verified as eligible. At 90%, the result would be €10,800, but the standard ceiling per mark limits the request to €9,000. If the transaction is only an eligible subsequent designation based on an international application predating 1 June 2023, the specific limit is €5,000.

4 / You have already reached €23,000 under this call

Another application might produce a theoretical amount of €6,000, but the remaining allowance under the €25,000 business limit is €2,000. The de minimis ceiling must also be checked; if public funds are insufficient, the amount that can actually be awarded may be lower or zero.

These examples illustrate the limits. They are neither fee quotations nor confirmations of eligibility and assume compliant documents, dates and expense categories.

De minimis, other grants and the €25,000 limit are different things.

€25,000 / This call

This is the overall Marchi+ 2026 aid limit for each business, combining applications for multiple marks and Measures A and B. It is not a cheque available to every applicant.

€300,000 / De minimis

This is the general ceiling for de minimis aid granted to a single undertaking over a three-year period under Regulation (EU) 2023/2831. It is not an annual limit and does not concern Marchi+ alone: other relevant aid and group relationships must be checked.

Other aid cannot be combined on the same expenses

For the same eligible expenses or part of them, this grant cannot be combined with other State aid, including de minimis aid, or EU-funded support such as the EUIPO SME Fund / Ideas Powered for Business.

Example: if an EUIPO fee has already received SME Fund support, do not assume Marchi+ can cover the remaining portion of that same fee. A separate, genuinely independent cost that has not already received aid, such as another eligible service, may be assessed differently. The scope must be reconstructed without duplication.

General measures, including tax measures, that are not State aid and are not subject to cumulation rules may coexist with this grant, up to 100% of actual expenses. Their classification must be verified rather than inferred from a scheme's marketing name.

The application also asks about aid received under earlier Marchi+ calls. A previous edition's grant should not be confused with use of this edition's ceiling, but it remains relevant for checks, de minimis and avoiding double funding of the same expenses.

Multiple marks, co-owners, legality ratings and other special cases.

  • Multiple marks: a separate application is required for each mark, otherwise the application is inadmissible. Different marks cannot be combined in one request.

  • The same mark, A and B: both measures may be requested, including in the same application, provided the EU is not listed as a designated territory under Measure B and all ceilings are respected. This does not permit double funding of an expense.

  • Co-ownership: ownership shares and relevant eligibility requirements must be checked, and Annex 2 must be digitally signed by all owners. Aid is linked to ownership shares, and the business ceiling is allocated proportionately: each owner cannot be presumed entitled to the full ceiling.

  • Legality rating: the call reserves 5% of its resources for businesses holding the Italian legality rating. Not having it does not exclude access to ordinary resources; having it does not waive other requirements. The reserve becomes available again under Article 4, subject to the priority provided for rated businesses.

  • Further designations: for an international application filed on or after 1 June 2023, these may count towards the same mark's overall €9,000 ceiling; for an earlier original application, the specific €5,000 limit explained above applies.

  • Further oppositions, objections or remaining fees under Measure B: in the specified cases, the call allows later applications during its validity and within the trade mark ceilings. An initial application does not reserve funds for future expenses.

The application file: more than invoices.

Before the application window opens, prepare a file for each mark. Check the content, addressee, dates and signatures of the documents rather than simply collecting them in a folder.

Document

What is required

Application form

The form generated by the official platform, digitally signed by the legal representative or specifically authorised attorney. The sample form does not replace the online application.

Annex 1 / Declarations

Declarations required by the call, digitally signed by the legal representative: size, registered office, activity, compliance, trade mark status, aid, requirements and other requested information.

Annex 2 / Co-owners

Only for co-ownership; digitally signed by all owners.

Annex 3 / Special power of attorney

If an authorised attorney submits the application. Both parts must be completed and digitally signed by both the legal representative and the attorney.

Annex 4 / Financial flows

The traceability form, digitally signed by the legal representative.

Trade mark documentation

Copy of the EUIPO registration for A; copy of the international publication in Madrid Monitor for B.

Fees

Proof that the fees relevant to the measure have been paid.

Invoices and payment evidence

Detailed invoices, evidence of successful payments, any advances and reimbursements, F24 withholding payment and a breakdown for combined payments. Electronic CUP supplementation before award, following the instructions.

Logo

The designer's or business's CV, showing experience consistent with the service, and the trade mark usage manual.

Filing

A short report / engagement document, or identification of the provider as representative on the registration or publication document, according to the alternatives in the call.

Prior-rights search

Signed opinion and individual search results, complying with the dates relative to the opinion and filing.

Oppositions and objections

A detailed professional report and evidence of the work actually performed, consistent with that report.

Also verify evidence of business eligibility, insurance compliance, any equality certification, legality rating and de minimis headroom. A company register extract alone does not complete all these checks.

Declarations have consequences: false, inaccurate or incomplete statements may lead to exclusion, revocation and recovery of funds, as well as liability under the law.

How it works, from preparation to payment.

  1. Check the case and define the eligible expenses. Review the business, mark type, dates and ownership. Select eligible costs and calculate the grant after applying the ceilings. Separate expenses that have already received aid.

  2. Prepare documents, signatures and authorisation. Collect professional deliverables, payment evidence and declarations. Check the digital signature and Italian certified email (PEC). If an attorney submits the application, prepare a correctly signed special power of attorney.

  3. Apply through the official platform. From 3 December 2026, during the stated hours, use only the online procedure linked from marchipiu2026.it. An email or PEC message does not replace the application. The Marchio Legale contact form requests assistance; it is not the scheme's application platform.

  4. Follow the assessment and monitor PEC. Unioncamere checks regularity, completeness, eligibility, admissibility, consistency and reasonableness of costs. Permitted supplementary documents must be supplied by the administrator's strict deadline, which cannot be less than seven days from receipt. Missing or incomplete replies by that deadline cause the application to lapse. Some omissions cannot be remedied.

  5. Await a decision, not an automatic credit. The call provides for assessment to end with an award or reasoned refusal within 150 days of application, allowing for suspensions. Where applicable, observations may be submitted within ten days of a notice of intended refusal. Not every exclusion follows this stage.

  6. Receive the grant, if awarded and payable. Once the statutory conditions have been checked, payment to the stated bank or postal account takes place within 80 days of the award notification. These are deadlines for different stages, not a promise of immediate payment or a guaranteed date obtained by adding the periods together.

Deadlines are suspended during a request for supplementary information. Meanwhile, later applications that are complete and compliant may receive awards. Preparing a sound file therefore also affects the actual course of the procedure.

When an application may be stopped.

Omissions that the call does not allow you to remedy

Grounds for inadmissibility that cannot be supplemented include submission outside the platform; an ineligible applicant or mark; a missing signed application; missing signed Annex 1; in co-ownership, missing Annex 2 signed by all owners; and, when using an attorney, missing Annex 3 with the required signatures.

Other grounds for reduction or rejection

Irrelevant or unreasonable costs, incorrect dates, unacceptable payments, an unsuitable or related provider, double aid on the same expense, failure to reply to supplementary requests, loss of eligibility, untrue declarations or exhausted funds.

An excluded cost may reduce the grant; a defect affecting the business, the trade mark status or an essential signature may jeopardise the application. Problems do not all have the same effect, and not every error can be corrected after submission.

After payment

Checks remain possible, including at the business premises. Original administrative and accounting records must be retained for at least five years after payment. The call provides for sample checks on at least 5% of funded applications, as well as checks at other stages.

Revocation may be total or partial and may lead to recovery with interest. Changes to information, corporate transactions and relevant transfers must be reported promptly. If you withdraw after receiving the grant, the call requires repayment within 15 days of the withdrawal notice.

Can I apply for Marchi+? Follow the guided assessment.

One question at a time, with explanations and editable answers. The assessment distinguishes a missing requirement, a condition not yet met and an issue requiring verification. It does not ask for an email address or send your data.

Prefer a written checklist? Here are the steps.

  1. An active, registered business with registered and operational offices in Italy? If not, the applicant requirement is missing.

  2. SME status and activities not excluded? If not, this call does not apply to the stated case.

  3. An individual trade mark owned by the business? If not, ownership must be corrected or checked; collective and certification marks are excluded.

  4. An EU mark already registered following a filing on or after 1 June 2023, or an international mark with an eligible transaction and publication? If still pending, the required status has not yet been achieved; an Italian-only mark or simple renewal is insufficient.

  5. At least one eligible expense with compliant documents, dates and payments? If not, there is not yet an expense that can be submitted.

  6. Compliance, applicable insurance, providers, de minimis and cumulation checked? If uncertain, further assessment is needed before submission.

  7. Application, annexes and signatures ready? If so, you can prepare for the application window. A positive preliminary check does not guarantee funds or an award.

Answers to frequently asked questions.

If I file a trade mark now, can I immediately apply for the grant?

For A, no: the mark must already be registered when you apply for the grant, not merely filed. B requires the specified publication in the International Register. Actual timing and availability of the application window must be checked; we do not promise to meet the opening date with an application started now.

I have an Italian-only trade mark: am I entitled to the grant?

An Italian registration alone is insufficient for Marchi+ 2026. An international application or designation may be a separate transaction to assess under B; the grant does not automatically turn old national expenses into eligible costs.

My mark was filed before 1 June 2023: is it always excluded?

An earlier EU filing does not meet A's requirement. For an earlier international application, only a subsequent designation made after 1 June 2023 may be assessed, subject to B's specific €5,000 ceiling per mark. Renewal is not a subsequent designation.

If I meet all the requirements, is reimbursement automatic?

No. You must submit a compliant application, and the administrator checks eligibility, documents and expenses. Funds are limited and chronological order matters. Your case may be eligible but receive no grant because funds are exhausted.

Can I apply only for reimbursement of fees?

Yes. The call allows fees and/or services. The required trade mark status, business eligibility, dates and payment evidence remain necessary. For A, €850 in eligible fees normally produces a theoretical €680 grant, not €6,000.

Can I submit invoices I have not paid yet?

Not as expenses already incurred and paid. The call requires invoices and payments dated on or after 1 June 2023 and before the application. Quotations and future payments do not replace payment evidence.

I have already received EUIPO SME Fund support: can I add Marchi+?

Not for the same expenses or any part of them. A fee already supported cannot be presumed freely topped up by Marchi+ for the portion you paid yourself. Other eligible expenses that have not already received aid must be assessed separately.

Is a logo created by Nebula always eligible?

No. The graphic service and provider requirements, connection to the trade mark and dates must be satisfied; for B, the six-month deadline also applies. A whole rebranding project, website or communications service does not become eligible merely because it is in the same proposal.

Must I have registered the mark through Marchio Legale?

No. We can also examine marks filed through other professionals. Assistance with the grant application is a separate engagement to be agreed, and is not described as an automatically funded item.

What is the final deadline?

Applications open on 3 December 2026 from 12:00 to 18:00. If funds remain, submission continues on subsequent working days, Monday to Friday, during the same hours until funds are exhausted. There is no fixed final date guaranteeing funding.

Can I send a PEC message instead of applying online?

No. The application must go through the online platform specified in the call. PEC is used for procedural correspondence and does not replace online submission.

How long before I receive the money?

The call distinguishes assessment, to be completed within 150 days of application subject to suspensions, from payment within 80 days of the award notification following statutory checks. Payment does not occur when the application is submitted.

A new brand or rebranding: the project first, any grant second.

Marchio Legale × Nebula can provide a coordinated process: visual identity and design of the sign on one side, prior-rights searches, protection and filing on the other. Each provider performs and invoices its own work, with independence from the applicant business checked.

The grant must not be presented as guaranteed. Graphic design may qualify if all conditions are met; naming, general strategy, websites, advertising, renewals and preparation of the grant application remain separate activities. A creative project that is not useful to the business does not become useful simply because a grant exists.

For a new EU filing started now, registration timing, including the opposition period, must be considered. We do not promise that registration will be ready by 3 December. We assess the project even where a grant application cannot currently be submitted.

Sources, update date and matters still to be checked.

Guide prepared by NL Studio Legale / Marchio Legale, updated on 21 October 2026. The rules described derive from the Director's Decree of 28 September 2026. Any amendments, closure notices and subsequent official instructions take precedence over the operational guidance here.

At the time of verification, the portal announced later application instructions and the 2026 FAQ page was unavailable. We therefore do not treat earlier editions' FAQs as 2026 instructions or invent technical access requirements. Treatment of invoice components not explicitly addressed in the call must be clarified before the final calculation.

The guide and questionnaire do not replace examination of the file and do not bind Unioncamere. A contact request alone does not establish an engagement: work, responsibilities and fees are agreed before proceeding.
